Refund Policy
At Home Woods, we strive to provide high-quality furniture to meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on purchases.
Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item within three (3) days of delivery, provided that it remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Breakages
We take full responsibility for any damage that occurs during delivery. However, once the item has been delivered or picked up and is in the customer’s possession, we cannot be held liable for any breakage, damage, or mishandling.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including the return of the original item and the shipment of the replacement.
